  Anytime Ken Agyapong is going through a psychotic episode, he tends to hurl insults. Parliament does have a code of ethics foe its members and I wonder why with all his incendiary outbursts in the past, he has not been disciplined in the august body. We have to elevate our political discourse to a decorous and civilised level to serve as leaders. In civilised jurisdictions, Ken will lose his seat in the next elections.
