It is the expectation of Ghanaians it is ready by now because if it is not, he is prolonging his agony and instead of this so called gimmicks of accounting to the people without any figures, his time will be better spent, concentrating on the handing over notes, a much more realistic and achievable goal which is staring at him in the face frontally with nowhere to hide.
