  If not for massive racism inside the US, I would be 100% death penalty for murders and 25 yrs minimum for armed robbers and rapists.
  I believe a person caught 'dead to right' doing an actual crime should be given no mercy...highest penalty allowed by law.
  
  I don't throw stones while living in a glass house:
  
  Ghanaian youth highly unemployed need only 4 things to build income as entrepreneurs globally.
  
  1) Internet access daily (plenty use whatsapp on their smartphone now across Africa)
  
  2) Global networking via thwe net
  
  3) Find A+ rated Affiliate Marketing programs in various countries that accept participants from plenty or all countries to participate
  
  4) Have legal means by which to receive and send monies (Money Gram, Western Union, PayPal, etc.)
  
  5) Have the electronic device to do one's business (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.)
  
  These above 5 things alone done LEGALLY (no scams) should reduce youth unemployment greatly in Africa and worldwide.
  
  I know plenty legal Affiliate Marketing and Referral Marketing programs available in the US alone.
  Finding GH youth that will do them is the problem...even with no startup costs.
  CREATIVITY is the problems solver.
  It also stops the crimes.
