Did an existing office building fall apart and hence the need arose for an urgent office after the year's budget had been approved? How can a state ministry build an office without planning? Indeed we have leaders that are incompetent, visionless, CORRUPT or all three, called, chosen, employed, appointed and supervised by leaders who are just like them. How can we move forward with leaders that work like they have never been to school? Didn't Kwame Nkrumah's half-educated appointees do better than what we are getting from university degree holders under this Manama regime?
