That said, I think the minister is wrong,in Ghana such matters play very little or have very little effect on elections,saying EC boss had sex to get position is outrageous but Ghanaians will not vote based on that,b some may even believe what the guy said,that is the reality in Ghana.
Sometimes we need to be practical,even when he said Ashantis should kill Ewes and Gas in Ashanti region it didn't or had very little effect on the party so how will saying one individual offered sex for her job affect the election?

Some of us are angry with what he said but most Ghanaians will not use that when casting their votes,it will not affect the votes as some are already saying his comments were directed at one individual but not women as we are claiming.

Well, one day an atheist moved into the house next door. Over time, he became irritated at the little old lady. So every morning he would step out onto his front porch and yell after her, "There is no God!"

Sometimes,I understand why GH as a country is growing back, if we have these kind of people as leaders,analysts. I have some few questions to ask, do charlotte osei has a husband,if she has ,what is the husband doing, has charlotte heard of the insult? , is court not in GH? . And to all those concerns ,the groups,individuals etc, I think the best way to fight for charlotte is to take him( Kennedy) to court , to punish him ,if he isn't able to support his allegation with facts. But if we say he should retract and apologise to madam charlotte, then it means,we encouraging him to say more next time, while others can say worse than this and come back to retract,and go free. I think he has to be punished if ,we think his allegation doesn't taste good. For example,similar case happened and the victims take such people to court. Aseidu nketiah took some to court over a building claim in Kumasi,where kwasia bi nti slogan came up, Ibrahim mahama took wontumi to court, recently,allotey Jacobs has taken Hopson ardoye to court over his US arrest. Even all these case are not serious like that of Kennedy against charlotte, so why charlotte or the so called individuals and groups can take him to court, but rather want retract and apologise. I also don't think npp can punish Kennedy,bcos he said ,nobody knows where he is coming from, should in case npp try to punish Kennedy, and h takes the case to court and prove himself with facts about it. I think people should stop talking about this,and talk about other pressing issue that will bring good development.

The EC boss can go to court...nothing stops her to sue Ken. Kennedy didn't do well, especially if he has no evidence. I fully support the EC to sue Kennedy. Ghanaians will punish NDC and Mahama for stealing Ghana's money. The corruption in Mahama's NDC is unpresidented.

I am not condoning such shameful act but the EC chair should have known better. Why was she dragging her feet when instructed by the SC to act? She was a lawyer and understands that the SC is the ultimate court in the nation and as such their order is above all. Her actions pushed Ken to go haywire. Charlotte Osei was toying with our life which someone like Ken cannot take it.

Ken directed his words at the EC chair and not against all women. If she exchanged sex for the position, isn't that something that is going on in Ghana and some parts of the world? Under whose regime did we have the phrase "fawoto begye golf" and what is the meaning to that?

Palying such political gimmicks with no proof and substantiated evudence could gravely affect hus party. It appears the party's leadership up till now is in support of this baseless comment and yet to take disciplinary action againsr him. We have very few women in national politics and there are efforts to attract more. But such comments deter them from offering their service for the development of the country. A woman can rise to any position in the land equally as a man can do and therefore such comments are defamatory, abuse of right and above all unnecessary.

It appears the party's leadership up till now is in support of this baseless comment and yet to take disciplinary action against him. We have very few women in national politics and there are efforts to attract more. But such comments deter them from offering their services for the development of the country. A woman can rise to any position in the land equally as a man can do and therefore such comments are defamatory, abuse of right and above all unnecessary.
