Assuming that the electorate size is 10 million people and that majority (60%) used NHIS cards, one can easily estimate the total number of people who registered with NHIS cards ie 60/100 x10 million, which equates to 6 million.

Why should Kofi Adams insult Nana Konadu when primary school kids are even aware the EC has embarrassed itself in such a very reprehensible manner and shown the highest court of the land such utter disrespect?
