  I think another cause of this problem is that the space for the thumb print is not big enough so if u don't take care the thumb print will extend to the next box an party agents will reject it even though about 95% of the print will be in a particular box. Pls let the EC make the ballot papers big enough so that the spaces will also be enough for the thumb.

  Paper must be folded vertical (from left to right) not horizontal ( up to bottom).in this case ink marks the face of candidate. For horizontal ink marks the faces of of other candidates up or down for rejection

  I would like to point out the good works of an Englishman caller Peter Heicke who on his own accord founded and constuted the Sandema Educational Centre which included a community radio station, sewing machine for vocational seamstress courses and chalets for tourism. The patrons of Sandema Education Centre include Lord Boateng of Wembley and Akim.

  A man sat down at a bar on election Day and told the bartender, "I bet you three hundred cedis that I can piss into the cup all the way over there on the other side of the bar and not miss a single drop." The bartender said, "There is no way you can do that. Sure, I'll bet you three hundred Cedis." The man then begins to undo his pants and begins pissing. He starts pissing all over the bar, spraying on the bottles and the bartender, not making a single drop in the cup. The bartender starts smiling and laughing and says, "That's it, you owe me three hundred Cedis." The man then gets up and walks over to the pool table and starts laughing and shaking hands with the men standing there. He walks back to bar, sits down and starts laughing at the bartender and hands him the money. The bartender asks, "Why are you laughing? You just lost the bet."
