Hello EC we know you are trying to act outside the constitution and are not following our instructions. You brought us numbers that were not real but we won't hold you in contempt. School kids go back and clean your desks plus all the other mess you did not want us to see.
The Supreme Court has give Charlotte Osei and team a rope with a noose to hang themselves.
If at a later date, God forbid, there is another Electorial court case from the 2016 vote and it is proven by through audit that they did not delete all the NHIS registered voters, then the Supreme Court will find them in contempt and send them to jail for not doing as instructed by the court.
EC must complie a new voters register. All this Broohaha is not worth anyone's reputation and possible time in jail for politicians.
After all the EC's mandate is to be a fair Refree.

This ruling is actually nonsensical and doesn't make sense at all. This is because;
the court said that the deleted names should be given another chance to re-register.
Which actually means that;

-56000 + 56000=0

The end result will be waste of money, waste of energy, and waste of time.

I can only agree that Abu Ramadan and his lawyers have succeeded in making fun of our supreme court, NPP and Ghanaians.
And this was what the wise general mosquito was saying all this while that it will be a waste of time and a fruitless exercise because the same names will end up in the register again. I think General Mosquito is a wise and needs to respected.

Not at all Supreme court is actually plunging Ghana into chaos because any person among the 56000 affected people can go to court and challenge the ruling that at the time they used the NHIS card to register, it was legal.

They can't be punished for what they did legally in the past.
The NHIS card can be ruled illegal going forward but not retrospectively.

After all the plaintiffs couldn't supply any contrary list to that of the EC as the court itself challenged, and I hope Abu and Co don't pick a lacuna here for their continuous mischief. Well, I've just found an additional 4 million nhis id registrants and the EC must delete them 'by the CI process not by the current SC order', case close Abu! You wasted our Ghana's time.

To the extent the list submitted by the EC omits whole regions, this will not be difficult to prove at all.
The EC has no choice but to go for VALIDATION!! Back to square one!!

HOW MANY GHANAIANS do have these, especially our older folks? By that I mean our mothers, fathers--not the 30-year olds. Because I do not know how my living mother would be able to PROVE she is a GHANAIAN when she does not have any of these forms of ID.
I know you would tell me then somebody that has been able to prove her/his ID could vouch for her. Don't you think I can therefore bring somebody from anywhere, looking like West African, and vouch that that person is a GHANAIAN especially, since I have proven I AM A GHANAIAN.
This is COMMON SENSE thrown out of the window.

This ruling states one thing and that's significant,it acknowledges errors in the voters register but the question is we don't put in place measures to address them into an acceptable level before elections,we ll go into the upcoming elections with one leg and that in itself is a recipe for disaster.The EC chair has clearly demonstrated that she can not work without supervision and you know what that means,we needed an independent person who understands the electoral process to the bottom to do this job,it also tells us that rich credentials and certificates is not the answer to most of our problems but practical execution of work for a remarkable achievements.I think that after this woman,we should among other considerations for an EC boss be looking out for outstanding judge with unimpeachable credentials in his past performance to occupy this position.The current EC boss is a complete disaster and a big shame to women and all that they represent in their quest to head some of our institutions,in all this I think the judicial council and the GBA must be given a permanent desk at the EC to monitor on behalf of Ghanaians as we ve seen biases in the actions of some of the EC appointees relative to the discharge of their duties,as long as the executive remains the appointing body there's no way we can see fairness.The NDC does not trust the CJ just because she was appointed by the Kufour administration so does the Npp when it comes to the EC boss,so how long must this continue?the constitution if it's a living document as we say must address this problems,we should resolve to smoothen the edges as we grow,the Ghana police head the IGP position and the mode of appointment must change,the president must not be the one to appoint the IGP because there's no way they can discharge their duties with consideration to the government in power.Why don't we want to emulate best practices in the develop world?,this is why a small boy who has never passed an exam in his live can grab a microphone and lambast a whole Supreme Court judges just because even the IGP can not stop him,should this take the GBA to call on the IGP to act on such a threat of deaths?who re this guys and who's interest do they serve?they must be too powerful to get away with such a crime,not even the CJ can get away with such pronouncements so who rules this country the laws or individuals?if this boys go unpunished then we should not hold the elections at all because it won't just work.
