We are in July 2016 and DUMSOR is still alive and debilitating resulting in several job losses. You've stolen money and inflated the cost of power badges and even gas for fueling them. You've filled the police and military with people from your party. These include, the Karpower plant, Ameri, TTP, Asogli, Kpone power plant and others. This is the reason why we no longer experience the problematic dumsor.

The fund further extended support to the tune of GHC 8.6 million to over 1000 farmers to cultivate about 4,000 acres of cassava with financing to establish three cassava processing factories to enhance the cassava value chain.

Are military garrisons what Ghana needs right now? By the way what exactly is the GA doing to help the economy? Ghanaians naturally are peace loving and don't go to war. Elsewhere soldiers are asked to develop the cities by manufacturing pavement tiles and using same to beautify the various towns and cities. Others do sign posts and billboards all to beautify. All Ghana Army does is intimidate citizens and sing profane. Mahama this is a misplaced priority aimed at scoring cheap political points.

And, as he explained at Axim, the government won't be fixated on infrastructural development in its second term but on measures to improve livelihood, taking advantage of the infrastructural base already laid. What could be more re-assuring than this explanation?

When Mahama and his corrupt NDC govt can't help sustain existing social interventions like NHIS, School Feeding Program, Anti Natal Care, when allowances for Teacher Trainees, Nurses included; when college and university graduates can't find jobs to do, Mahama is trying to boost morale of soldiers by psyching them up for a possible war in Ghana. People should be smart and alert; Ghanaians should inform their wards or relatives and relationships in the security forces to resist the corrupt Mahama-led NDC govt and rather prepare to save the nation. What is the effect of the military on our budget? The military takes a chunk on our budget while other areas are starving for attention. Areas such hospitals, schools etc should be the utmost priority. As we speak, pregnant women go to the hospital and deliver babies on the floor. Thousands of schools need urgent attention yet this man is thinking about establishing military garrison in every region. It is really pathetic and unthinkable.

Modernization is rendering huge military useless.
