There is no break failures in vehicle mechanism,there is always negligence on the part of maintenance,if your breaks are worn out then it will not hold if they are applied and in such situation the vehicle will crash into ditch,the driver did not replace the worn out breaks hence the accident,police must arrest the driver and charge him for negligence,we are tired of break fail -break fail syndrome because he was aware that he was driving on worn outbreaks.

You are right,that is the lawlessness in Ghana,they use the brakes failure to get away with crime,they think the brakes failure is the fault of the car so when that happens it becomes the fault of the car but not the driver.

We also have the most ignorant media in the world,no civilized journalist will report accident he does not know the cause as brakes failure without getting the right information from the police,they give cause of accidents before even police arrives at accident scenes even if they are not witnesses to the accident.
Two of the most dangerous things in Ghana which is concern to some of us is armed robbery and careless driving, they have no respect for the law, even those who are supposed to make the law works are the most dangerous drivers on the roads in Ghana.
