  We hope to see you succeed with that decision. As a good citizen, I would like to give you a tip-off, in case you are not aware. That is, one of the antics always adopted by the NDC to win elections is the snatching of ballot boxes in the region. If you mean your words, then monitor their moves with all seriousness.

  COP first congratulations on your promotion. Your objectives for peace in Ashanteman is laudable and all should wish you well in your work.
  I hear you are a brilliant and intelligent man as well. Note Bravado and projection of power do not keep peace in our modern world. You and your team must build bridges with leaders, especially the youth. Threats to deal with agitators does not mean much to people who believe fairness does not exist in their existence. Puting out fires of civil unrest is not policing. Identify combustible issues or situations early through intelligence and defuse them proactively in the background.The most effective policing is when citizens cooperate with the police not when they are feared.'
