But if these same 2 people were NPP faithfuls, BNI would have deliberately arrested them during weekends, feasibly on Friday night and hold them in their atrocious cells throughout and would have prosecuted them without given them bail. To me, BNI is a big mess, shameful and disgrace for Ghana.

I donot encourage violence but let take moments and try to understand context from where the montie radio panelist were coming from. Here we have a new EC appointed to organise and on coming election and the SC is asking her to, in addition to preparing for the election she is to clean a register that was not created by her. If as a result she unable to sufficiently organise a satisfactory election , and chaos breaks out would it not have caused by the SC judges? The judge could have realised that the time was such that , it was not possible to completely clean the register during and election year for that matter to diffuse tension they could for the cleaning of the register after the election. Infact the lack of reasoning on part of the judges is rather raising the tension and if war breaks out after the election the judges are to be blamed and they must suffer for that.

Why did you not arrest Nii Lantey Vanderpuye who had mobilised thugs brandishing machetes, clubs and other deadly weapons, and were actually butchering ordinary Ghanaian citizens?
