Why did not Aning make similar comments when Kennedy Agyapong made those horrible statements against the Gas and the Ewes and the recent nasty statements about the head of the EC. Akuffo Addo also made his tribal talks of ALL DIE BE DIE but today he, Aning has the will power to presss things the way he wishes see to them.

The tribal sentiments is at work with way the Aning man has come out to register his anger against the steps taken by the BNI. The BNI has authority to do their work through investigation and therefore have the honorable right to decide who is to be prosecuted depending on the out come of their work.

Is it every case that should be allowed to go to court. Where were you Aning when the judges were collecting bribes to turn cases upside down to frustrate the lives of the innocents? Did you come with this tribal and political tone to comment in defence of the innocents who lost their cases?

You guys think you can handle the affairs of Ghana the way you want with your foolish tribal and political bigotry because you have positions. Where were Aning and others of similar minds when these foolish and evil comments started in our political arena? Now you think you ought to come out with your political and tribal bigotry of selected judgements.

Those of you who think these radio evil comments ought to be stopped then use this case at stage to advice and warn our general public that from this day these kind of foolsh and evil talks would no more be treated lightly if one may fall a victim to the law on this.

In my opinion it would be a wake up call to the public since for long people had wrongly felt they can say whatever they want because of the DEMOCRACY that has foolishly been welcome into our communities, and as a result it is leading us astray morally. This is what Aning ougt to be looking at in the wider scope.

Some of us have always known that the NPP strategy of labeling the President as corrupt was a strategy to hide their own massive corruption in their party. if there was ever a doubt, Chairman Wuntomi's aide has erased all that. Now we know NPP better.

Here's the thing, the SC judges are no fools, they know the position BNI is playing right here. They also know BNI lost its credibility to the Ghanaian people
a while ago. The Supreme Court is more believable these days than the BNI if you poll Ghanaians right now. Besides, there's a horrible history in Ghana regarding PNDC/NDC and Judges,Ghanaians don't ever want to revisit that history anymore and, they expect the SC to be strong and make sure this kind of thinking doesn't even across anybody's mind ever again. The BNI'S investigative report is shallow, political and unprofessional. Are they Psychologists? How do they know these suspects are incapable of doing what they said they would do? How do the BNI know what these ANIMALS could do three or six months from now? The Supreme Court must do the right thing for the Country in helping to shape up and raise our growing Democracy in a Lawful path. God bless Ghana!!

Somehow big men in society cling together in a rather funny way. A man makes a threat against your life, is it a crime? The BNI said we quickly moved in and apprehended the alleged culprits. We must never in this forget that the Courts have power to free seeming criminals after the Police have done a lot of work in bringing them before the Court. This is called JUSTICE. The BNI in this instance have said we have interrogated the men (we are very experienced in this business) and we did not find anything worth charging them for. No single Judge has been hurt by this pronouncement and it is really possible for such loose talk to depart from a person of great respect and impeccable character and only upon real interrogation realities could be established. If the BNI have great reason to believe, there was nothing to this threat, should they simply prosecute for the sake of it?

The NPP men sitting on Radio Station threatening war and nothing but war if they lose the election k3k3. They would not be interested in knowing whether the election was legitimately conducted or not and we are not aware of any imprisonment for any of these threats.

I have lived in the United Kingdom for a considerable length of time. I had been threatened in presence of a Local Authority personnel and I had gone to the Metropolitan Police to lodge a complaint. The response I got back was that no crime has been committed. The BNI and the S.C must know the law. Insults are libelous, but vain threats (hot air) "you cant do shish!" will be the normal response of a mere mortal. We must love Ghana and its citizens equally, please. Any politician who threatens disruption or war of any description must be picked up instantly to set a precedence against such unguarded statements AS A RULE?

From the way we as a people are going through our comments, actions and deeds, we end up by antagonising every state institution that is established to help propel our nation forward. Any time an institution of state does something we disagree with, instead of condemning that singular action, we condemn the whole institution. When Pres. Obama visited Ghana, he admonished us to help build strong institutions. Dr Anning has his view on an action of the BNI. He's entitled to his opinion and nobody can fault him for that. So insult or denigrate him for that? And in so doing we use disparaging remarks against the BNI reducing the Bureau to one of uselessness. In 2012, the SC as a body and some individual members of that court were subjected to some insults and unprintable words that was meant to make the SC a useless body. Is this the way we want to build strong institutions? We can discuss and disagree or agree on issues. However in doing so we must be measured in our contributions lest we throw the baby away with the dirty water. I disagree with Dr Anning but that is his view and he is entitled to it without any let or hindrance from any quarter or person. This is democracy.
