It's really nauseating that, due process that was followed in the past in an accordance with our constitutional provisions in appointing justices of the SC and Chairpersons of the EC had suddenly become contentious because it's President JDM who is the appointing organ. The Constitution of the Fourth Republic is over 24 years old and no one had ever bothered to question any President for appointing certain person as justices of the SC. When ex-President Kuffour side-stepped Justice Kpegah and appointed the current CJ, no one went to court to challenge Kuffour's decision. However, this time round, GBA had suddenly discovered their mojo and wanted an interpretation of the constitutional provision. Sorry, there's no ambiguity in this provision. The provision is as clear as daylight and it is only those who refused to read and understand are bent on causing mischief.

There's no reasoning behind your ranting. The fact that the previous appointments have never been challenged doesn't mean they were constitutional. You are only peeved because it is happening to your god and idol Mahama.

Did you read the article or you are just commenting on hate? Did President Kuffuor consult the Judicial council as the constitution demands or not? You people think among the lot you must be chosen at all cost even though when you are incompetent, bias or not up to the standard. Since this woman was chosen? Nobody has raised a finger about her work buy Ghana would have been in a confused state like we having with this no nothing, inexperienced EC boss if Kpega had been chosen. Such positions are not giving out just like that your conduct, how you comport yourself, efficiency, behaviour and maturity all come to bare which your man Kpega lacked. He was all around sometime ago, showing his hate, enviness and bias for others which attracted disaffection for him from some section of the society and you wanted a matured president Kuffuor to have given that position to your man? No! He did the right thing by choosing this woman who is neutral on land mark cases.

Ghanaians are making lots of noisy about comment by Ken, the truth believe me there are number of Ghanaian women who in their life engage sexual intercouse for job favers. including my own relative. Ken is right once he can prove the utterances that came from his mouth.
Ghanaians don't like the truth telling and is very unfortunate we call ourselves christians but we hate to said the truth.
