Therefore, if one considered Mr. Agyepong statement to be damaging or defaming they should seek redress in a civil court.

A party and gov't that supports the murdering and assassination of Judges in a country, the unleashing of violence and thuggery, the obliteration of democracy and the rule of law cannot be reasonably expected to govern this country to ensure development and the verdict is all too clear, Asiedu Nketia mis-spoke as their conduct, utterances and actions depicts a party and gov't built on extremism and violence.
