  When is the Ghana government going to act to stop this senseless loss of lives? Had the government taken responsibility and enacted ranching programs to corral the roaming herds all these problems wouldn't exist.Utilizing arid lands for ranching purposes remove the need for these herdsmen to roam from one place to another in order to feed and water the animals.But as usual Ghana government refuses to do the hard work of organizing programs to create and rent ranches to herdsmen.They will rather import meat from ranches in foreign countries.Logs to build corals and barbed wire for fences, that is all it takes to build a ranch.A small well can be added to help water the herd.We can build 50medium sized ranches in a close proximity for less than $50,000and that is less than what we spend on a single Blackstar player per match.Think about that.

  Why should a case like this be dragged for 8 years before passing sentence? Waste of state'sfunds. Hang him as quickly as possible to avoid more loss of state's funds
