If you find something seriously wrong with the process, head back to the Supreme Court. Remember, the Supreme Court has the power to cause this election to be postponed until the right thing is done. The last elections in Kenya was postponed for months in order to get things done the right way.

In tbe performance of its functions, is the EC obliged under the constitution to involve persons other than its staff? Frank Davies has copies of the NHIS list submitted by the EC. So why would he not for the exhibition period so he do an audit to know the truth or otherwise in the claim of the EC? Frank Davies and his like will be happy if and only if the results of 2016 elections go a certain way to believe in the credibility of the EC?
