The moderator has nothing to do with this montie saga! panelists can say whatever they want and be responsible for what they say but the moderator cannot be held for what his panelist say! He can caution them for their own sake that is it!

The Registrar wanted the accused persons to present themselves in Court unprepared so as to be embarrased. Merely transferring him to the Appeal Court was the kindest punishment such an OFFICIAL could ever suffer.

That's commendable,this re the people who's actions delay most of the cases pending in the courts,it seen as serious because it involves the Supreme Court but the courts should not stop there,they should find out how many people suffer in the hands of this registrars,adjournment of case is a daily ritual in the court,but let a suspect fail to appear in cour for a day and a bench warrant is issued for the arrest of the person,today we heard it about Wiser the musician who exposed his dig in public,because he failed to appear a bench warrant has quickly been issue for his arrest but he has no say if the judge decides not to sit,they only announce the decision ask everyone to take a date.Montie and this judge killers jailed.
