  These guys have nothing to offer. Looking for lc for a plant which is not on the ground because with GOG lc they discount it to raise capital for the project. Oh Ghana we give our own monies for fucking idiots to come and reinvest and scoop up huge profits on top whilst they resent local content and abuse the local staff.
