  What is the crime in this situation? Bringing food to you lazy, greedy hatred, corrupt, jelousy, unpatriotic Ghanaian citizen too is a crime? Can you release the food and the truck and paid damages to the driver right away?

  follow the correct prpocedures then food will not be impounded. of course the driver knows who it belongs to. The government should make it a law that a driver must have signed papers showing who the consignment belongs to ...

  follow the correct prpocedures then food will not be impounded. of course the driver knows who it belongs to. The government should make it a law that a driver must have signed papers showing who the consignment belongs to else they can be jailed. If we keep cheating our tax collectors then the things that we expect our government to provide - schools, hospitals, roads etc will not be built. Come on get real!!!
