A patriotic caution to the honourable SC when it comes to sentencing these rabble rousers on 27/07/16: This contempt suit is very identical in nature to the coming of JJ Rawlings in 1981 when it was an open secret in town that Rawlings wanted to stage a come back to power through a coup after he had earlier on handed over to the then democratically elected president, Dr Hilla Liman of blessed memory. The President showed him{Rawlings} mercy and what did we really see on 31/12/81? In the same way that this Montie FM drama is unfolding and until the SC and our honourable justices stand their ground and take a real drastic action against these Ndc and other unseen and hidden hands behind these trouble makers, they should have themselves to blame like our late president,Liman did in 1981.Addtionally, if no drastic action is taken against these rude panellists and the host of the case concerned, people may read different meanings into it for example, among other possible meanings, that money or something has changed hands. That may go to re-enforce the rot that was recently exposed in the judiciary by the ace investigative journalist patriot, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.These boys only appear remorseful because of the advice their lawyers gave them that put some fear n them.Inside them their intent is still alve.Please, do not leave them off the hook. Again, why are they protecting john Ford Mahama who intend to use a filthy voter's register for the upcoming elections? They must be given the firing squad so that this stupid crimes going on in the country would stop.
It is so sad to see ourselves live in a state of fear and panic like this. Ghana is gone to the dogs. Ghana has turned to a murderous state. Three judges were murdered only because they worked hard to protect the integrity of the law courts. A whole president was miraculously murdered by his own vice because the latter was being investigated for taking steps to dupe the country when he John Ford Expedition Dramani Mahama led the processes that committed Ghana to the purchase of the grossly bloated Embraer 190 Aircraft and hanger purchase. In 2008, the Armed Forces had negotiated to acquire a hangar at USD5m. Two years later, Vice President Mahama returns from Rio de Janeiro with a cost of USD 17m, a whopping difference of USD12m. Also truthful is that an extra fuel tank on the Aircraft cost USD8m even as the staircase was said to be worth USD1m; thence the death of the ailing president bringing the investigation to an abrupt end.
That apart, we see some current day parliamentarians and leading members of the opposition party being slaughtered by these same NDC evil devils while the BNI and the police stand and stair or even play a role protecting these criminals. How could we allow ourselves to be overridden by these hardened criminals bent to distort, destroy and disturb the peaceful state we inherited from John Agyekum Kuffuour and NPP? It appears we are under a military rule. John Ford Mahama is playing the role of criminally inclined hypocrite, pretending not to be aware of the foolish things going on in the country. This foolish leader should rather call for these traitorous individuals threatening to kill judges to be slaughtered in full glare of the public in like manner as the normal firing squad only to deter others from engaging is such crazy stupidity.
Alister, Ako Gunn, Maase and all those involved in the plot to kill Supreme Court Judges must be given the whip by means of a firing squad so that this foolishness would cease to exist.

The station is an incorporated body with persons responsible for the day to day running of the business although they don't sit-in as radio presenters, those are operational staff. Therefore when there are serious issues facing the business, the law can invite the persons behind the company. This is to draw their attention to matters they may not be aware of and in so doing they are also subject to the court's proceedings and can be punished by way of a fine etc. In 'Company Terms' this is called 'unveiling the curtain or piercing the Corporate veil.

The owners are called shareholders. Those who manage the company are called 'Board of Directors' or 'Directors' in short. The board of directors are not the same as the shareholders.
SALOMON: He formed a business (sole trader) for the manufacturing of booths in England.In law, there is no distinction between a sole trader and the owner.In case of debt default and the business is unable to pay its debt the personal property of the owner would se sold to defray it. He sought an advise from his accountant who told him to register the business as a Limited Liability Company. He did this by issuing some shares to himself. his wife and children. He continued his business as a shareholder.He issued debentures (loan) of £7,000 to the company. In the event of bankruptcy, a debenture holder has priority of receiving his money over other creditors. The company went burst and therefore in law the debenture holders had priority. The money left in Salomon Company ltd. was just enough to pay his £7,000. He took all the entire money.Other debtors could not get their money back and complained that they should have been paid first for they knew Mr. Salomon as the owner of the company.This case travelled to the House of Lords in the UK and ruled in favour of Mr. Salomon. Every Company Law student should know this case which is known as Salomon Vrs Salomon Company Limited. Mama 123 is right, however, the veil of incorporation will be lifted to see the faces of those formed i.e the owners in only few cases which I think the Montie case will not be one of them. The veil of incorporation will be lifted in serious criminal offences.GCB is owned by several shareholder; will the Supreme Court invite all of them to appear before it?. In cases of this nature it is only the Directors of the Company who should be invaded because they run the company but not the shareholders.
VICARIOUS LIABILITY: In certain situations the directors of a company would be held liable for certain infractions of the laws perpetrated by its employees.I believe that the Judges know that this case has a lot of repercussions in company law and free speech. They need sometime to study it fully before the necessary sentencing come July 27th. The Judges have made one mistake already (retroactive legislation) and obviously have learnt a lesson from that.
