Under the same HIPIC programme,donor countries funded all the social intervention policies of Kuffour's administration.All these allowances for teachers and nurses,school feeding,nhis etc were coming from donor countries for free,the cash was not from Kuffour and his NPP alone.
Today as we speak,Ghana is no longer a HIPIC country.Prof.Mills moved Ghana from HIPIC to the Lower Middle Income Status with the highest GDP 14% and lowest inflation rate in our history,9.8% in 2012.
Since then,donor countries have resolved not to support Ghana's budget again,the cash is no longer coming,somebody must tell Nana Addo that things have changed.This is reason why Ghana must borrow to do almost everything now.
It's for this reason Mahama govt was obliged to draw a new economic strategy,the "home grown policies" backed by the IMF.Ofcourse,I don't blame Nana Addo because NPP boycotted the forum for the home grown policies where Ghana IS FACING THE NEW WORLD ORDER.Thank you.

Again, there is ongoing construction of new airport at Ho in the Volta region will open up over 900 jobs.

The NPP government in their eight (8) years in office never established one (1) single public university ........ but the NDC government has established the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) at Ho in the Volta region, and the University of Energy and Natural Resources at Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo region. These two (2) public universities had already admitted students. Again, another university is being established at Somanya in the Eastern region. today the NPP wants to promise developments.

Under JM,the Ghana Maritime Authority has installed a Vessel Traffic Management Information System (VTMIS) to provide a 24-hour electronic surveillance & monitoring of Ghana’s coastline and Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).

Also work is almost complete on the development of the Takoradi Logistics Platform by the Ghana Shippers’Authority to provide warehousing facilities for the oil & gas industry.

These include, the Karpower plant, Ameri, TTP, Asogli, Kpone power plant and others. This is the reason why we no longer experience the problematic dumsor as a result over 1000 Ghanaians now have access to electricity.

This serial lying Akufo-Addo was in office with President Kufuor for eight years and the NPP never once knew that Malaysian experience existed. Now that the Serial Loser Akufo-Addo is on his last leg to his final defeat, he conveniently makes empty noises about replicating the Malaysian experience and the Brazilian cattle program. This NPP flagbearer has nothing to offer Ghana other make deceptions about replicating other countries' experiences or building factories in the sky.

The NPP is drowning under the cluelessness and lack of vision of Serial Loser Akufo-Addo, and Ghanaians know better than to elect this Akufo-Addo whose own NPP members have labeled him as "incompetent and a monumental failure".
