Not only DKM , Edwadifor Adanfo in Madina has also lock up traders money for almost a year now including my sister's ¢1000. They don't even open the place these days

The whole world financial system is base on trust so if the regulator goes about escalating issues what happens to that company? You cause panic which accelerate withdrawals thereby creating illiquidity which leads to collapse of the institution.The liquidator should answer the ff for us:
1.How are those who took loans from DKM going to payback and value of their loan books.
2.How much has been given to his satellite companies or his subsidiaries which is suppose to serve as asset legs of the liabilities he was creating and the total asset for these subs to date.
3.Could DKM have operated if BOG had not escalated this issue?
I rest my case.

There's absolutely no chance of depositors getting their money back. The financial situation of the defunct company, as depicted, is not good enough to generate the kind of cash depositors are due. Secondly, deposits in such microfinance companies are not insured by the BoG, and therefore, the only source of raising funds is to liquidate the assets of the company, which as of now, is worthless. Depositors will be the last of the creditors to be paid, so, I don't see how the thousands of depositors, who're eagerly waiting for their monies, can be paid. It's a long shot in the dark!!!
