He would have announced that our democracy and our freedom of to politick was not more important than peace. That is how tyrants justify their consolidation of power. Just by looking at his face, the IGP looks like Idi Amin Dada. He looks like the tin pot dictators that Africa has been struggling with.

Men like him are very dangerous. They stop progress and roll back achievements by behaving like despots.

No matter how much it is explained to him that this action is a violation of the constitution - freedom of speech clause, freedom of the media clause, freedom to associate clause, he still persists. That tells you the constitution doesn't even register in his mind.

If he was president, he would have burned the constitution already and there will be soldiers in the streets.
