  Duku is the most stupid police commander ever. the taxi driver didn't flout a traffic rule, he was actually beating beat up a policeman until his colleagues came to his rescue. but because the driver knows this commander, he reported them to him and without investigating the matter, ordered for the detention of the policemen. he's now asking the policemen to pay 2200gh to the taxi driver to settle the issue

  The most important detail of this report is missing: In what way was the taxi driver assaulted? was he slapped, kicked, punched or whipped? We have no clue, thanks to this reporter.
