Where is BORTEYMAN? The development is so beautiful. Why do members of NPP always describe the President as being incompetent. I know they only have an acting general secretary but should that limit their vocabulary?

You don't cluster too many box looking structures in one place like that. Intersperse them with bungalows and low storey buildings as well to create beauty, and not this confusion looking development like Communist North Korea projects

I live by the same project abondoned in 2009 although it was 80% complete.a project which started in 2006 is 95% complete
in 2016,what a shame
