We have 216 districts, where will Akuffo-Addo get the funds to build 216 industries within four years? Each factory will not just cost some measly 100,000 cedis or so but must rather be multi-million dollar investments in the range of $10 million dollars each. Next, each factory must be assured of supplies of raw materials and of a guaranteed market for whatever produce they manufacture. Then, the investment must also cater for the waste products, emoluments of the significant number of employees to be employed etc.etc.etc. Just remember what happened to the NPP flagship PSI Ayensu Starch Factory!! It opened in 2004 and closed in 2006, only to be revived last month in 2016 after 10 years being inactive!!That may become the fate of Nana Addo's promised factories...if they can be built in the first place. Sika no wo he? Will it be private initiative or will they be yet another government PSI factories!It won't work!!! Nana Addo and the NPP should come out and tell us the exact details! I remember very well the promises they made to convert chop bars int restaurants, make the Odaw drain into a clean river and a tourist attraction lined with hotels etc, Nima to be upgraded and renewed..Tiiii neke!Those promises had led me to vote for Kuffour and the NPP in 2000 (yes, we needed the change to NPP) and again in 2004. Never again will I vote NPP!!!!

A lost an confused NPP can only make delusional promises of building a factory in each district in Ghana. The clueless Serial Loser Akufo-Addo does no say what type of factories will be built in each district, and one can excuse him for that because of his cluelessness. Akufo-Addo an serial liar President Kufuor sat on their fat asses in office for eight years and the only factories that the NPP can point to during their tenure in office wee the factories built in the CPP era under Nkrumah and his team. All the NPP did was to rehabilitate some of these factories that were allowed to lay dormant because of the blindness of Busia, Afrifa, and the UP haters o progress.

NPP has ran out of pies and, in its hallucination, is now promising factories in the sky.

They can't even think outside the box, and please don't ever forget that when they were leaving office in 2000, they told Ghanaians that, NPP shall see what money they would use to Govern this country. But thank God with Able men and women with knowledgeable and pragmatic ideas, NPP were able to turns the most deteriorated and crippled economy around and put mother Ghana on a fastest accelerated path which gave investors more confidence and attracted them to come and invest. interestingly, when the NPP'S were leaving office, the NDC'S were happy to take over and was even fighting over excuse me to say; ( TOILET), that His Excellency former President Kuffour build through HIPC fund Initiatives.
