Indeed as it stands now the so called rationalization has no clear cut criteria and / or policy objectives. The so called ICT innovations are full of not too clearly thought out processes backed by total absence of required equipment and knowledge or I daresay inefficiencies of implementing authorities. GCB is largely relying on "copy and paste" masters degree holders who are children of top senior management personnel whose negligence in fashioning out an effective strategic policy for the Bank is leading to this massive so-called Rationalization.

Employees have served this organization for close to 25 years without a single jump in salary notches. There are others who are busy making babies every year and yet benefiting from big jumps in positions and salaries during those years there were in their houses.
