  The IMF programme was a complete fraud ; the programme officers knew this government by virtue of their corrupt and incompetence were not in a position to meet the obligations under the programme ; I think to me the IMF officials must be investigated because they are knowingly advancing monies to a country which they know are incapable of meeting the conditions ; they know the people like Seth Terpkor and the economic team are incompetent and cannot manage the economy ; NO COUNTRY HAVE SUCCEEEDED UNDER IMF PROGRAMMES THEY KNOW ALL AFRICAN COUNTERIES ARE THE SAME THEY CANNOT MANAGE ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!-NONKFIO IMF !!!!!!.

  Terkper is not operating for Ghana. He has offered Ghana to the IMF on a silver platter. Terkper used to work for the IMF in Washington DC. So the IMF imposed him on Ghana to do their bidding.

  And, the new BoG Boss is not any better. None of them is patriotic to Ghana's welfare - traitors at the helm of affairs. God will punish you for the sake of the poor Ghanaian kid whose future is at stake!
