  He forged letters apparently found to have been dated the day he was on tour in Brong Ahafo on a Sunday to regularize his Regimanuel House gift.
  TB Joshua said he visited him 3 time in Nigeria but there were no records in parliament about the travels. Mills violated the constitution and made illegal travels out of Ghana
  About three weeks before Professor Mills died in July 2012, he made the ff speech
  “LET ME TELL YOU IN SIX MONTHS, WE ARE GOING TO WORK VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY HARD. I REMEMBER THE LAST TIME WHEN I CAME BACK FROM THE G8. HE (VP JOHN MAHAMA) HAD BEEN IN SUNYANI AND WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM, HE WASN’T WELL AT ALL AND WHEN I CAME BACK FROM THE G8 AND AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, THIS IS NOTHING I WILL SAY CALLS FOR SOMETHING BY ALL GHANAIANS. I AM ONLY GOING THERE TO MAKE SURE THAT YES, WE LOOK AT THIS THAT … AND COME BACK TO CONTINUE …”
  What is the meaning of this speech by a whole President of a country ---and President Mills for that matter?—and Ghanaians endure it.
  NDC allowed President Mills to die in deceit--- and President Mills died in deceit, died still cheating, and died treacherously.
  They succeeded in pulling this gargantuan fraud on Ghanaians
  No wonder, at that material time that he was dying;
  There was no nurse!
  There was no ambulance!
  There was none of the wicked Presidential aides around (Nii Lante Vandepuiye, Segbefia, Henry Martey,)!
  There was no Vice President!
  There was no Despatch Rider!
  There was no Aide de Camp
  There was no First Aid
  There was no DOCTOR!
