Nyaho Tamakloe knows nothing about football administration; he only uses his past association with Hearts to claim to be an administrator. A national team coach the world over does not teach players skills. He only practices formations with the players. The duty of a national coach is to monitor and select the best players whereever he can find them and mould them into a team. If the best players are found outside the country, he will base there in order to monitor them. In our unique situation, if there is need to monitor the players in the local league, we have the Assistant Coach, who lives in the country. By the way, who will ever make Nyaho sports minister?

It seems to me that you can fire the coach if his contract demands him staying in the country vfor soome specific period of time and he breaches it then there is an issue otherwise you can't touch him

Let's be honest. This coach would jump at a chance to coach in any of the big leagues again in Europe. Who wouldn't ! He's got the job and does want to perform well. He doesn't help himself if he doesn't achieve success with a team that is touted to be one of the best in Africa.

He needs to be viewing matches of competitors and existing and potential players for the Black Stars. Let's face it. No one in the Ghana League could make it to the Black Stars. The coaches job isn't to identify talent residing locally. Besides, there are dozens of scouts from other clubs who are doing the work for him. To identify talent, he needs to be watching Ghanaian players in europe...maybe the ones that are at small teams...but that is who he should be focusing on.
