Ken Agyapong after his alleged genocidal remarks was invited albeit arrested by BNI, interrogated, prosecuted, tape of the alleged crime was played in court, found no proof of what he was accused of and was subsequently acquitted. This was not done in a vacuum but in public in the full glare of NDC Attorney General kum gurus who wanted Ken jailed. Ken is not above the law. If you care to know too, Sir John was convicted together with the other from NDC who you willfully left out. Sir John and his other colleague never threatened the lives of Judges or anyone for that matter. Get your facts right before spewing your ignorance here. The WRATH OF GOD never comes to those who stand against evil but to those who practice evil.

We need to be sturdy enough to call for a referendum to amend that thoughtless law enshrined in the constitution giving the Supreme Court the ardent dead-on without any form of limitation to summons, prosecute, and indict the citizenry for exercising their first amendment right. What the Supreme Court is doing is scapegoating citizenry who spontaneously expresses their view of the Supreme Court rulings they felt is antithetical to their fundamental right. Colleague this is not a democracy is a tyranny at best.
The point worth making and ought to be make exceedingly flawless that, the Supreme Court is not an infallible or foolproof institution. There’re gullible, credulous, and susceptible to corruption and have engaged in numerous unethical frontiers of acts, hence, undermines and undercuts the credibility granted to the Supreme Court under the constitution. The Supreme Court by their scandalous acts debarred them to be calling themselves the defenders, guardians, and protectors of the constitution. If we the people continue to consent this dimwit called the Supreme Court gavel with our rudimentary sovereignty of expression, then, we should be primed to stymie to death by this draconian laws cherished in the people constitution.
Which part of the speech amounted to criminality? I’m not moderating certain if Sophia Akuffo cognizes the word “criminality” before she pleasingly disgorged it out. There is unquestionably something preposterous about the eagerness, desperations, and the egregiousness attempt by the Supreme Court to asphyxiate us from self-determination of discourse against the Supreme Court neurotic behaviors towards us the people. We fought our colonial master for imperialism and now are held under the vassalage and servitude of the Supreme Court. We the people must rise-up and stand-up to prizefight this imperialistic court holding themselves above the people.
Look, this is not elected official, they’re appointed by the elected president and we’ll know their appointment most often is virtuously political hence their neutrality can be brought for inquisitorial. So we necessity to critique them and they should be open to accept open, honest, and nondiscriminatory criticism. Enough is enough.

Its breathtaking reading your post and being exaggeratedly thrilled about the tyrannical acts of the Supreme Courts.
Furthermore, in an industrialized world, individuals are legalized to be inquisitorial and even disagreed with the Supreme Court position if they felt that decision is an affront to their liberty or way of life. Ghana – is a young and fledgling democracy and must be guided by a lot of the best practices so that the citizenry does not perceive the court as an albatross on their neck.
Of course, we need the prelude the balance of skills, ideas, and information that transcend beyond political sensationalism and eschew theatricalizing issues with a grave importance for daily political pleasantries as you have sought to posit here. As a country we ought to demystify, decouples, and calcify our ideas and information supported by evidence. Is only undiluted ideas and information can stand a test of time, yours is just political air-gasping and vituperations with no real substance. Please can again!

What legal grounds are there for a court imposing sentence on Directors of a radio station who were not charged with an offense? Should the courts, including the Supreme Court, be at liberty to summon individuals and business entities into their court for contempt proceedings, or must these charges first be brought by the Attorney general's Office? yes the pronouncements of the panelists were intolerable, but these actors should been charged by the attorney General and not the Court. The Court should not wear the hat of Judge and Prrosecutor. Nor should the owners or Directors be held criminally liable for the conduct of their hosts, for these Directors, unless they were found to be involved in the conduct of the hosts, should only have to answer to a State Licensing Agency if others filed complaints there against them or if the AG saw it fi to bring charges against them in court.
