These are judges fighting a course that will bring peace for the whole country , so why would you as a journalist call for their heads?

Under this government the judicial arm of government has been given and has received a major infrastructure development. The courts now have a new complex to fast track its operations.

The President regardless his influence as never interfered in the process of work. JDM has proven to the work that his is certainly a respecter of the rule of law and loves it.

In the area of social welfare especially the premium paid in the LEAP service has seen tremendous improvement under this regime.

These people will again endorse Mahama because obviously Mahama has delivered on his mandate as a President.

The same rural folks you allude to are grateful to the President in especially the improvement brought about to change the face of rural health.

2008 not an election year, and Kuffour pardoned some jailed taxi drivers to boost the chances of Nana Addo in the second round. Why are some NPP lawyers advising Mahama not to pardon the Muntie FM trio? These lawyers and their twisted minds. In an election year, 2008, in fact after the first round when there was to be a second round, Kuffour pardoned taxi drivers who had been jailed by courts in Ghana, when it was highly speculated that it was one of the reasons that Nana Addo failed to win the elections. What about overturning the discharge of Tsatsu Tsikata by padding the Appeals Court ewith additional judges just to jail Mr Tsikata? This was the hight of political interference in the work of the jusiciary? And Justice Sophia Akkufu says what? Did he advise Kuffour to respect the independence of the judiciary? I agree with the sentiments of Ndebugri considering the bitterness the murder of the three High Court judges in 1982. But in Ghana, everything reduces to politics, to quote, Kuffour himself. The precedence of presidential pardons to satisfy party desires had already been set by an NPP president in the name of John Kuffour. President Mahama is at liberty to take a good look at this and advise himself. Don't get me wrong. The president may refuse to grant pardon, but this should not be on the orders of NPP and their surrogate lawyers and judges.

Can you these chew pour pass and forget lawyers explain where the Supreme Court had the authority to charge citizens and try them at the same time? Even you lawyers when you act in a manner that is contrary to rules governing the conduct of lawyers, the Court can only act against you when another agency has brought action against you in the Court. Why then does the Court sit in judgment on citizens acting as prosecutor and jury at the same time? Shouldn't it be you the lawyers that should be challenging the arbitrary actions of the court based on your knowledge of the law? What authority or laws did the Court rely on in dragging the three before it, trying, them, and then imposing sentence?
