In 2014,the NDC Government increased producer price of cocoa by 62.74%,that is from GH¢3,392.00 per tonne to GH¢5,520.00 per tonne.In 2015 it was further increased to GH¢6,800.00 (GH¢425.00 per bag).This is an indication that JM is competent.

Navrongo chiefs should understand that the money which was used to buy these items for the hospital in Navrongo by Mahama's wife does not come from her nor from Mahama himself; it comes from your money and my money. NDC has been entrusted with our own resources majority of them have been misappropriated. They should be able to do better than these boxes of drugs. NDC is also not doing any favor to the people of Ghana using our own money for the benefit of us because that is why they are in government. To me it is just a drop in the bucket. Although it is in the right direction, I think the chiefs should not be fascinated about this. NDC has been a failure in all aspects of governance; because how many citizens are benefitting from this type of donation? Time to tell.
