What happened to Thief Mama Dzifa Attivor, Oversized Lips Betty Mould Idrrisu, etc. This guy Mahama loves bribery and corruption so much. Go and see how Prez Mahama of Ghana has transformed Gonjaland with Ghana money just within the two and half years that he has been in power. Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalent of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.

THAT I WAS AT THE SUPREME COURT AND HEARD THE TAPE RECORDING PLAYED AT THE COURT AND EVEN WITH THE GREATEST RESPECT TO URGE HER LADYSHIP CHIEF JUSTICE OF GHANA GEORGINA THEODORA WOOD TO CONSIDER IN THE BEST INTEREST OF PROTECTION OF THE SUPREME COURT AND OUR DEAR LORD JUSTICES TO DIRECT THE TAPE RECORDING TO BE PLAYED FOR THE HEARING OF THE GOOD PEOPLE OF GHANA AND THE GOOD PEOPLE OF THE WORLD TO HELP THE PEOPLE TO REASONABLY FORM THEIR OWN OPINION OF OUR LORD JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT IN THE CASE, THERETO, TO HELP EASE ANY COLOURIZATION OR POLITICIZATION OF THE MATTER, THERETO.

THAT THERE IS THE URGENT NEED TO UNDERTAKE PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT THE RIGHTS, FREEDOM AND JUSTICE TO HELP INCULCATE IN OUR DEAR PEOPLE THE RESPECT FOR EACH OTHERS, THERETO.

THAT THE PRESIDENT EXERCISE OF HIS ARTICLE 72 CONSTITUTIONAL POWERS ARE CLEARLY INDEPENDENT OF THE POWERS OF THE JUDICIARY, THERETO.

THIS IS A CLEAR CONSTITUTIONAL POWERS PURSUANT TO THE PRINCIPLES AND DOCTRINES OF "THE SEPARATION OF POWERS AND CHECKS AND BALANCES", THERETO.

- The threatened Judges were their relatives.

- They were the very people whose lives were threatened.

- They would have done so ...

People should put political affiliations aside and think about how they will feel if:

- The threatened Judges were their relatives.

- They were the very people whose lives were threatened.

- They would have done so if those contemnors were from a different political party or they do not belong to any political party at all - be it big or small?

We have to be very careful about the direction we are pushing the country toward.
