Mahama should not listen to NDC supporters and start a turf war with the judiciary because it's the president (Executive) that stands to lose a lot in a war with the Judiciary. The Montie Gang do not deserve a pardon at the cost of weakening the Judiciary. They should serve the time.

Radio stations are licensed to operate as an independent, and all time desist from sleeping in bed with political organisations. It is perfectly clear that, Montie and co; arent operating within the confinement in the licensed agreement. Again, it sounds funny some people are signing their names in a book to convince/compel the president to take a certain line of action. Those people have very very little brains; indeed they cannot reason well! Somebody too can marshall over two million signatures more also to stop the president from exercising the power of pardon. What it means is that we are reducing our laws into mere signatures! Is that how we want to run our country, not on laws but on signatures? Mr. President think well.

They came to power through the barrel of the gun preaching probity and accountability, freedom and justice in those dark years. Led by their leader J.J. Rawlings, AFRC/ P-NDC killed innocent Ghanaians notably our noble High Court Judges for reasons they alone can explain. Now they are back again issuing death threats to our Supreme Court Justices; they have already succeeded in murdering NPPs MP for Abuakwa North, J.B. Danquah Adu and in a mix of events that led to the death of NPPs Northern Regional Chairman, Adams Mahama. Many people are baffled by these horrible events to the extent that they can't phantom what's going on around them. There should be a holistic approach to national healing; the youth and people, esp adults who were enchanted by "revolutionary" slogans and its resultant credulity effects. Just assemble guys like Felix Ofosu Kwaakye, Omane Boamah & Co, and NDC got a team of plausible liars and commentators to deliver their message of lies and propaganda to a targeted audience. Ghanaians are being taken for granted; the corruption and deception is too much, and it's time to rise up and fight these criminals. Now the NDC is using all kinds of deceit and tricks to put fear in Ghanaians, esp our noble Justices after the jail sentences slapped on Mugabe and his friends. They are using the media to express their solidarity for their jailed apparatchiks. I wonder why they didn't assemble in front of Nsawam prisons to hold their vigil? The president put himself in the mess in the first place by encouraging such behavior. Instead of us talking issues we keep attacking personalities. Ghanaians deserve better. Just think about how the ordinary man on the street is surviving and then we will think straight. How a single government has left us bankrupt by excessive borrowing, allowed people to destroy water bodies through illegal and legal mining, continuous dumsor, high electricity and water tariffs, high unemployment and you feel we want to hear insults rather. Solving the corruption and economic mess is what we are interested in not verbal attacks on individuals who are complaining.

The NPP is trying to goad the President into getting into a shuffling match with the Supreme Court by pushing the President to order the release of the Montie 3. Justice Akuffo, by her statement that "even the President cannot control the Court", was clearly poking at the President, though the President had no hand in the activities of the Montie3 that brought them before the Justices. It should be clear from Justice Akuffo's statement that she was daring the President to act if cared to, just as the NPP loudmouth John Boadu is also doing.

The President will be best advised to stay out of the Supreme Court's blunder that the NPP is trying to use to its own advantage. If John Boadu and the NPP care so mush about the release of the Montie3, let them try their NPP hands at releasing them. Both the NPP and the Supreme Court are attempting to bait the President, and the President should not take their bait by jumping into the trap that has been set up to snare him and have the President waste his time on foolish matters instead of governing.

The NPP is a confused party dancing lunatically in a losers' circle, and the President should not accept their evil invitation to join them in their losers' circle.
