The 3 did not verbally attack the president nor any political party.They attacked the judiciary in a very gruesome manner and as such sought to undermine the foundations of our very fragile democracy.This judgement should have formed the basis of a broader investigation of the heinous murder of the 3 high court judges by the same party, a crime that has till date gone unpunished.So every attempt by the NDC to come to the defence of the trio buttresses a seemingly sinister agenda within the party that has to be investigated thoroughly.These are no empty threats based on their past.They seem to ignore the rule of law with impudence and families of the 3 judges cannot wait forever to see justice for the perpetrators of the pain they have caused and still remind them.

Anybody who thinks if somebody on national radio talks about killing a judge of whatever level is not a serious matter then the person needs his or head examined. This is not a press freedom issue. People who go on radio and talk all the rubbish they can think of should now be forewarned. Some decency should be shown on the air. Too many people, rich or poor have gone on air and said so many things that they should have been prosecuted and jailed. This on-the-air nonsense parading as press freedom should cease. Anybody thinking about or pleading with the president to pardon these stupid guys should think again. The president should leave them alone in jail for the 4 months. They will be out by Christmas. If anything at all, it will set a precedence and the nation will be better off for that.

Ablakwa is putting unnecessary pressure on Mahama with this stupid petition. He is not thinking well about his action. If Mahama would pardon them then he will loose credibility for ever. Ablakwa clearly shows that he himself doesn't respect our laws and courts. To hell with this fool.
