Some of us have always known that the NPP strategy of labeling the President as corrupt was a strategy to hide their own massive corruption in their party. if there was ever a doubt, Chairman Wuntomi's aide has erased all that. Now we know NPP better.

Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalent of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.

If indeed he registered with NHIS and kept mute till the end then he is a very bad foolish and stupid person who just kept quiet to fuel confusion for the sole purpose of one man or a goup. He hates Ghana and cannot be trusted.
However, if investigation proved he never registered with NHIS, then he should be dealt with for going on air to deceive the public and attempting to cause confusion.

Turn on the Radio or TV set; check any of the myriad of News portals, and you'll most likely hear and see the Kweku Baakos and Casely Hayfords, Abu Rhamadans, Kwabena Bomfes[Kabila]etc, supported by well-known partisan adjuncts like Egbert Faibille Jr., Ace Ankomah, Yaw Oppong, Asante Bediatuo, and at times, by non-resident 'expert commentators' like Henry Kwasi Prempeh and Kweku Azar!

I wish someone would file a formal complaint with the NMC, to get the owners of the media platform he uses to constantly create confusion and mistrust of certain national institutions like the EC, yanked off the air!
As a good citizen of this country, did the recent ruling of the SC on this NHIS matter, not oblige him to bring the 'nonsense' he is crowing about to make sure the right thing was done?

During the exhibition, EC PRO kept on encouraging people to go verify their names, identify dead people still on the register, those who registered with NHIS, and help clean the register. What did you do. Sit down only for the process to be over then you come out screaming your name is on the register. By law, it still remains that your name should not be on the register. If it were in UK were you stayed for long, the court would have taken notice of your confession and get you pay for it. I'm totally disappointed!!! Please build your country, and your institutions.

i. in a statement issued by the ec at the commencement of the exercise, the ec demanded that anyone whose name remained on the register even though they know that they registered with a voters id card must notify the commission and re-register!
ii. if it is proven that sydney is right his name may have to be struck off the register without the option to re-register, having, by his own confession, forfeited the right to re-register!

The NHIS card is not the panacea for cleaning the register. In my opinion the Abu Ramadan case and the decision of the Supreme Court ruling will end up disenfranchising Ghanaians more than stopping the "Togolese" who were targeted. I am that Hopeful some lesson will be learnt by our learned judges if the impact and effect of this judgement will be studied.
