The president should not or even attempt to grant pardon to the Montie3 jailed by the Supreme for threatening to kill supreme court judges.Those who are pressing the president to do that do not know the political and legal implications involved.TAKING THAT LINE OF ACTION WILL MEAN THAT THE PRESIDENT BY EXECUTIVE ACTION HAS NULLIFIED THE JUDGEMENT AND UNDERMINED THE JUDICIARY.Let us respect the independence of the judiciary and the president should not succumb to the pressures from some NDC members to undermine it.

The wrong way is when party footsoldiers mobilized to visit mayhem on innocent pedestrians n motorists. And in its wake destroying properties running into millions of cedis when Kennedy Adgepong, whatever d name is was arrested n sent to d BNI for making that his infamous speech. I believe a lot of Ghanaians given d chance will prefer d NDC way of handling these matters than d NPP way. Think of a party member pouring acid on its own fellow member, or an executive member of d party slapping his own mp in d full glare of party faithfuls n yet receiving commendation from an mp from same party. Which of these 2 parties, u, Egbert would u like to belong? Let's stop d hypocrisy n double standard for once in this country. Now look at what is going in Parliament about nomination of Bless Oti. So partizan. What has Kennedy Adgepong not said outside d house. Has his colleagues rather not applauded him? I hope npp is not hatching a plan to send all NDC supporters, sympathizers to jail so they can have a field day at d polls. My only advice also for those signing d petition is that, they must give d President d space to do his thing n at right time. They must rather direct their petition to d judiciary who meted out d punishments or to d council of state n stop putting undue pressure on d Presidency.
