The NDC is unhappy because they know they provided the grease, platform and motivation for the Montie 3 to go after people they considered as their detractors. Montie 3 are NDC fool-soldiers. They wrongly thought nobody can touch them. It is like Ghana took no lessons from Rwanda. How their whole slippery slop into genocide was hurried along by uncouth and undisciplined radio presenters. The line has to be drawn somewhere before things get way out of hand.

Nana Oye and Hannah Tetteh should be ashamed of themselves for their hypocrisy in penning their names to the petition. They have forfeited their moral right to reprimand Kennedy Agyapong. What a sham and clueless people. NDC is the offshoot of the despotic PNDC which in fact not only threatened judges, they actually killed three of them, and for those fools to issue those threats, including rape, on the eve of that abominable act anniversary is just unconscionable. And people should get it straight. Jailing those scoundrels is not an attack on free speech. They were not jailed for criticising the SC. They have been jailed for threatening the judges with death and rape. Threatening to kill and rape somebody is a felony in every democracy.

A lot of well-meaning people are signing a petition for the President to release 3 guys who have been jailed for threatening to kill some judges of our Supreme Court. Question: Are these people law-abiding themselves? Do these people understand what our democratic dispensation is about?Are they signing the petition book just for the hell of it? Have they really understood what the verdict means?
Are they just trying to respond to a protest from illiterates who besieged the NDC party office to demand answers why these guys must not be released? Why shouldn't people be punished when they threaten law enforcement authorities? Are they untouchable because they sympathize with the ruling political party?
The whole nation, and the whole world is watching. Answers are still very difficult to explain.

It doesn't and couldn't get worse than this in that NDC party and gov't. The NDC party and gov't has collapsed out of the morbid desire of an unelectable incumbent Presidential candidate to win an election at all cost to the extent even so-called gender activist do not see anything wrong with the release of killers and murderers to pursue such irresponsible and degenerate actions in this country, when the law has been applied fully, effectively, competently and righteously.
It is a very, very sad day for Ghana for the protection and upholding of the dignity of womanhood. How can it be surprising when the viciousness of this Litor Oye woman has been witnessed on countless occasions against women, against people she obliquely purports to champion their rights.

One of them is that the NDC will show to all Ghanaians that it is a mature party which seeks the interest of all Ghanaians including the judiciary. It is this same organ of state that they will turn to in the event of any wrongs that may come upon them. The NDC will come out a real winner if they heed my advice. On the contrary if the president acts on the wishes of the petitioners, it will be disaster for the party and they will lose the elections. Mark my words.

Know that the President cannot or has not the authority to overturn the Decision of the Courts,in a true Democracy,or the Rule of Law,despite the fact that pardon powers is enshrined in the Constitution and at his disposal on Command.That's the reason why the Judiciary is independent from the Executive.Therefore, the demand on the President to pardon Montie 3 at this point, is uncalled for or exposed our general lacks of understanding of the Rule of Law,or Democratic Tenets as a nation.The President should apply good judgement in discharge of his duties and cannot act on Party lines or on emotions,if his decision could jeopadize the Party,his credibility and integrity as a President, in my personal opinion.Anyway.

Those NDC members should reason with Common Sense and put themselves in the shoes of the Judges who those Loose Talk guys attacked. I also say that, the Problem of Ghana is Indiscipline in the Society because no discipline and civilised country will plead for people who do not respect the Decision of the Judiciary. I would entreat those signing the petition for their release to Stop forthwith and allow them to face the full vigour of the law.
