Anyone whose actions can be proved to be the cause of injury or harm to others is liable and can be sued in court. Where are the lawyers in Ghana?
If it is true that this Chinese woman's actions led to deaths she can be sued in international court, certainly in Ghana. It starts with applying for an injunction against her to suspend activities to allow investigation. But how did it happen that a foreigner can come in and damage people's property while government looks on. This has happen under NPP and NDC governments so let us keep the politics and name-calling out and focus on how we Ghanaians can terminate this scourge for all time.
