Honestly, all along I've been wondering why and how anyone expected all the 56,000 and over persons to re-register. Of course, even if all of them were duly qualified to register to vote why isn't anyone thinking that some of them may have died or even travelled? And even more importantly, I believe the whole exercise to was the strong suspicion that many of those who used the NHIA Card were probably not Ghanaians.
