Kufuor has his finger prints on corruption regarding Hotel Kufuor and Hotel Kempinski. And the NPP wants Ghanaians to think the NPP is not tainted by corruption.

How can we create loopholes for foreign companies and their Ghanaian cronies to avoid paying tax which we so desperately need?

If all companies operating in Ghana were to fulfil their tax obligations, ewe would be able to fund our development without resorting to heavy borrowing internally and externally.

We must close all the tax loopholes. First thing is to cancel all tax holiday provision from our laws. GIPC can attract investment without offering tax incentives - investors will always want to exploit our abundant natural resources.

Let us stop the textbook stuff and get real. Stop giving concessions to foreign companies. Train our people to acquire the skills to exploit our resources. This is the way to develop our country.
