He thinks he is the president of the NDC, and that whatever has an NDC tag represents Ghana: anything else is outside his jurisdiction. Why else would he have sat down at cabinet with these nincompoops and allowed them to go ahead and sign this particular petition which is a complete embarrassment to his office? There is no way a free thinking being would consider urging the president to use his executive power to blatantly mess up in a situation which is evidently partisan, especially when the beneficiaries of his action would be from his party. Let us wait and see!

In the first place it reveals the hypocrisy of the leadership of the peace council. All of us agree that the words the people used was unacceptable. They admitted their fault and pleaded for clemency.

In the same way majority of Ghanaian also agree that the sentence was too harsh more so when the judges who pass the sentence were the victims of the sour statement made by the three months 3. When a judge presides over a case which is an offense against him or her, then clearly the judge becomes the complainant, the prosecutor, and the judge at the same time. This is completely perversion of justice when not too long ago we saw high court judges collecting bribe in cash, goat, body massage and possible sexual favours to pervert justice.
