Some of us have always known that the NPP strategy of labeling the President as corrupt was a strategy to hide their own massive corruption in their party. if there was ever a doubt, Chairman Wuntomi's aide has erased all that. Now we know NPP better.

The Supreme Court's interpretation is the only one that matters. Do you think Mahama can overrule any law enacted by parliament? What makes you think that the president can override the decisions of the Supreme Court? That will be absolutely unconstitutional. This is all much ado about nothing.

Sam Okudzeto and all these humans should bury the president alive for exercising is prerogative for not signing the caring out by the prison authorities of the sentences of those on death roll. The president can not exercise his prerogative and not signing the caring of the execution of prisoners on death roll is an exercise of that prerogative.

I don't want to believe that Sophia Akufo and her NPP bribe-taking judges didn't read Article 72 when she boldly poked her crooked fingers in the president's eyes with her "Even the president Can't Control Us".

She could have pronounced the judgement without mentioning the president and the office he holds.

The ultimate power of pardon rest solely in the bosom of the president.

In fact, Sophia Akufo must render an apology to the president for being so disrespectful and dragging the president and his office into the a highly politically charged case before them.
