Opposition to the use of a simple e-transmission device, like a hand-held scanner, not tie in with his avowed desire to be able to declare his[that is, the NPP's] own election results?
The use of these scanners, will enable all those monitoring the tallies from all corners of the nation, to make a determination as to who is winning in real time; and that will seriously undercut his aim of playing mischief, and casting any doubts about the outcome! Besides, why is the guy loosing sleep has made it ABUNDANTLY clear that, it will also need the to have original hard copies of the election result sheets, before it goes ahead to declare the result for the presidential ballot? Mac Manu and his party, the NPP, are simply not being sincere here!
