Joe was ready for this. "Don't be silly. We won't stay in
town, we'll go into the city where nobody knows us, and we'll

In the end, he managed to persuade Fred, and they went out
that night and partied like professionals. When they got back
home at 5:00 AM, Fred's face became pale. "I just thought of
something," he said. "We have to confess this."
Again, Joe was ready. "Relax, I told you, I thought this
all out in advance. Tomorrow, you go into church and into the
confessional. I will come in my regular clothes and confess,
and you absolve me. Then I go put on my garments, you come in
and confess, and I'll absolve you."
Fred was amazed at Joe's brilliance. And so, Joseph went in
later that morning and said, "Father forgive me, for I have
sinned. My friend and I, we're both young men, and last night
we went out and caroused. We became drunk, had carnal knowledge
of prostitutes, used foul language, danced to wicked music."
Fred answered, "God is patient and forgiving, and thus shall
I be. Do 5 'Our Father's' and 5 'Hail Mary's' and you will be
absolved of your sin."
A while later, their places were reversed as Fred came in and
confessed everything in detail. There was a short pause, and
Joseph answered, "I don't believe this. And you DARE to call
yourself a priest? You will do 500 "Our Father's," 500 "Hail
Mary's," donate all your money for the next month to the church,
and go around the church 500 times on your knees praying for
God's forgiveness. Then come back and we'll discuss absolution,
but I make no guarantees."
"WHAT??!!" Father Fred was shocked. "What about our agreement??"
Joe replied, "Hey, what I do on my time off is one thing, but
I take my job seriously."

What's remarkable and so surprising about you NPP big guns is your shameful hypocrisy. Why didn't you raise your voices when Kufuor tampered with the composition of the Supreme Court? Why didn't you see anything wrong with that?

Which is more dangerous, a president suddenly increasing the number of the justices on the Supreme Court with three of his favourites purposely to overturn their earlier decision that he didn't like or a group of people collecting signatures of at least one million people in order to appeal to the President to grant pardon to three citizens who were given harsh prison sentences? But is granting pardon by a president unprecedented in the history of Ghana? Did Presidents Kufuor and Rawlings not grant pardon to some people during their administrations?

Is it fair also for the Supreme Court to be the prosecutor and judge in a case involving themselves? Isn't that questionable? Is that justice?

You these NPP hypocritical clerics, God is surely going to judge you since you've consistently and persistently seen things only from your perspective that favours you and your overall evil political agenda.

Am sooooo sad about this Prof's comment especially when he claims to be a man of God.Where is the forgiveness that he has been thought by Jesus Christ to teach the church. Prof Martey remember that he who seeks equity must come with clean hands. Are you without sin?Read your Bible well.Stop doing politics. Remember you have people of different political backgrounds in your congregation. Learn to unite them.Finally store your treasures in Heaven not on this earth.Remember that we are living under the Grace not the law.May the Grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Sweet Fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us all now and forever more.Amen.Hope you will say Amen too.God help us All

Fantis are fool's and jokers comment all emanating from one political party and the infamous Osafo manfo tribal bigotry comment as well as numerous other of such statements from ken agyepong yet those who claimed to be pious, wise and knowledgeable in rebuttal condemnation comments today against the radio panelists did not see anything absolutely whatsoever wrong with those statements as against sentiments they're expressing this time round.is this not injustices,unfairness and tribalistic with double standards? Were these state men and women sleeping when other serious previous statements were made? Let's for once be serious and uphold the dignity of the state and our culture and stop defaming God with parochial political and tribal interest.we should remember what's good for goose is good for gender.

David Annan does not surprise me or any decent minded person in our society. Lawyer David Annan is on record to have openly declared, he will not respect a judgement handed down by the law courts in Ghana. It has to do with the State Vrs Isofoton, a company he represented, regarding a commercial dispute. With this record as a member of the bar, what else can't this fellow say about a member of the Gospel? David is on the side of wrong doers of the law and he has been consistent in this nefarious campaign. David Annan is a nation wrecker and he must get it loud and clear.
