They are culprits intending to excape justice but will soon be fugitives. When have they make use of any of the basic laws but you see pepeni NDC abrogating them and still making bogus ones.

They are rather promoted to the flagstaff house or given another job elsewhere. My question is what is going to be different this time round?? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This is all bullshit; just like most Ghanaian so called pastors; they don't practice what they preach. Parliament and the law courts and the ministry of justince is the same; a bunch of hypocrites and time wasters.

You did read my mind. In as much as i pat them on their shoulders, i am equally of the opinion that it is an avenue to full around except I'm getting things mixed up. Is it misappropriation as in using the money for projects that doesn't necessarily benefit the people or it includes stealing for one's personal use? If it includes the latter then parliament did a shoddy job. They should employ a means of retrieving such monies or serve further twenty years in hard labor in default. Such is deterent enough especially for those over fifty years like Abuga Pele, Dzifa Attivor, Kofi Humador, Alhassan Imoro, Adu-Asare, Betty-Mould etc. As for the likes of Ras- Mubarak, Okudzeto Ablakwah, Fiifi Kwetey, Afriyie Ankrah, Omane Boamah etc, thirty years in hard labor will do them good.

So, how much time and money did 235 able bodied Ghanaians spend on enacting this useless law? Your time would have been well spent if you had tried to enact a law that will prevent public officials from misappropriating funds in the first place. What is the importance of the Public Auditors office and how many of their audits have been acted upon? Are you all jokers? All parliamentarians should be charged for recklessly spending of Ghana resources and be jailed for 6 months each.

Traditional Satanism is not simply an inversion, but a complete rejection of the images of a
00233244908520particular culture, religion, or philosophy. From there a Satanist uses those images against the ethos itself, that was once his own conditioning. Persons who participate in traditional Satanic masses sometimes experience a king of 'sartori', a sudden enlightenment, to an increase in their own consciousness, and feeling stronger and satisfied because they had broken with the constraining opposites. In other words, at its highest level Satanism uncovers what the ethos of a particular community or society has covered up through images, dogma, words and ideas, returning the individual to the primal chaos out of which 'opposites' were created." ~ Magister Hagur, Temple of Atazoth Office

It appears ludicrously absurd and amusing if not bemusing to hear that criminals will determine the extent of punishment to be meted out to them.Where in the world can we see such precedence?. This is not an issue for parliament to decide. It is the judiciary who should decide base on the severity of the crime whether a public officer serves 40 years or 2 weeks. Why should we kill arm robbers when some of the crimes committed by public officers are so heinous. As a country, we are making mockery of democracy and corruption will continue to be endemic. This in a way also weakens our resolve to fight crime because those who legislate are themselves criminals who will go any length to protect their interest. The arm robbers have interest too. The only difference is that they are not lucky enough to be legislators if not they could have had a way out too. Shame
