NDC has never ever disagreed with the EC on any electoral issue because the EC is working for them. NDC proposes all the unilateral decisions the EC makes, that's why in all cases NDC is the one to defend and speak fo the EC.

The e-transmission project must be such that it satisfies every and all modalities of accuracy, credibility and acceptability under the law and the processes of going about the implementation from entities and what it would entail is as transparent, clean and unambiguous with the least margin of error.
It does seem that is not the case and the NDC and EC as usual do not understand the concerns that are being raised by the NPP. The fact that IPAC agreed in principle to the e-transmission of the results does not necessarily mean it will be accurate, not subject to manipulation, and credible. Those are different animals altogether and to limit and erase any doubts about the credibility, accuracy and acceptability of the data be it e-transmitted or on the hard copy being the pink sheets, the required, appropriate and important steps must be taken transparently to ensure the project is above board and acceptable to each stakeholder in the electoral process and codified and cloaked with the law.
It has not been done and it must be addressed forthwith.
