Ashanti’s are usually peaceful people to live with unlike their northern neighbours who refused to live peacefully with them on the land given them many years ago. We know in the past there has been various sparks here and there but not to this escalation since Mahama took office. Because the party breeds mayhem, chaos, confusion, anarchy and disrespect, these youths have taken matters into their own hands. These Ashanti boys no matter the turn of the economy would try at least in any simple trade to feed themselves whether shoe shine, shoe maker or trade of any kind. They have been named by the rest of the communities as shoe-shine boys yet most of their prominent people now started in such petty trading which later turned them into for example shoe trading giants and other whole sales entrepreneurs.

Not so much like the zongo youths sorry to say. They are naturally more built than the former and rely on strength to resolve any issue. Most of them are jobless and the jobless situation of the country has not helped. So they want to show off their macho, guys this is the modern world get a job or create one for yourselves like we all do and stop this war nonsense.

Some of us have always known that the NPP strategy of labeling the President as corrupt was a strategy to hide their own massive corruption in their party. if there was ever a doubt, Chairman Wuntomi's aide has erased all that. Now we know NPP better.
